Booking acceptance

When you complete a booking, you are requesting an appointment at the time shown. Your appointment is confirmed on the confirmation screen.

Appointment availability

Appointments are subject to availability. Occasionally a time may become unavailable before your booking is completed, in which case we ask you to choose another.

Service pricing

Prices are shown for each service as you book. The final amount is confirmed with you in the salon.

Variable and starting prices

Some services show a starting price (for example “$10+”) or a range (for example “$38–50”). The exact price depends on your service and is confirmed in the salon; the figure shown online is not a guaranteed final total.

Choosing more than one service

You may choose more than one service. Each service you add increases the length and the price of your appointment, and they are combined into a single appointment.

Customer-provided information

Please give an accurate name and phone number so we can reach you about your appointment.

Appointment changes

To change your appointment, please call the salon.

Appointments & cancellations

Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. While we do not charge cancellation fees, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten or reschedule their appointment.

No-show
